After working for more than 15 years as a food critic for French TV, as a creative chef and consultant, I managed to gain the trust of the most renowned French chefs. Some of the,m are my actual friends. Passionate about vietnamese gastronomy and products, my mission as an agent is to manage to make these french Michelin star chefs come to Vietnam in order to show their talent, share their knowledge and discover the richness of tastes and products from Vietnam.

Special events, 4 hands exhibitions, festivals and partnerships can be planned with gastronomy superstars.
